I don't have the words. So creative, so engaging. Truly a steal. Treat yourself to Miles' easy-to-fall-in-love-with writing style and brace yourself for an unbelievably creative ending. My only advice...give us more!!
This short story is the first offering from a promising new author. I'm not usually a fan of short stories, but I'm very happy I decided to give this one a chance. Despite the length, there was enough character development to keep me engaged and the story moved quickly. The setting was wonderful and the details were unique and well thought out; I definitely could not have predicted the ending.
My only complaint is that the story left me wanting more. I would love to see more of these characters and more by this author. I would not hesitate to purchase her next story.
I believe this book was very well written and had such unique character in it. Everything that was stated in the book had a purpose and it was amazing seeing it all unfold in this story. I can't wait for more from this up and coming author. )
